Brittney and Dre are such a sweet young couple and so in love. I met Brittney and her family couple of years ago when I photographed her older sister’s wedding. I just fell in love with the whole family instantly so you can imagine how excited I was when they called to tell me they wanted to hire me for Brittney’s wedding too.
We had so much fun running around the Leesburg area taking pictures. We had beautiful clouds and sky so I was happy of course. There was a little sadness that day for me because I knew they would be saying goodbye to each other the next morning. Dre is a soldier in the Army and shipped out to Iraq the morning after we took these pictures. I felt honored to spend the day with them capturing these images. I edited the pictures and posted them online that night so Dre could see them before he left.
Dre stay safe and return home soon.
